A UNIQUE PROCESS FOR BRILLIANT WINES

The ultimate goal of every estate winery is to showcase their singular fruit in the best possible way. To accomplish this, Alleromb makes its wine in a truly unique manner. We ferment our red wines in a combination of concrete and open-top 500L French oak barrels (puncheons) to quicken the integration of tannin and aromatics and stabilize as much coloring matter as possible. Our whites are fermented in barrel as is the tradition in the regions in which the varieties we grow became world renowned, Burgundy for Chardonnay and Bordeaux for Sauvignon Blanc. After fermentation, the red wines age in other 500L puncheons, where the mix of new and once-used barrels varies based on varietal and vintage and our whites in traditional 228L and a few larger 300L barrels as well. The result? A regal, sophisticated palate and incredible perfume that rigorously maintains the critical purity of the fruit. Precision, clarity and freshness are all hallmarks of Alleromb wines.
