Our creation process naturally captures the essence of select grapes & the soil on which they are grown for wines of supple & drinkable quality.

Vineyards

Dwelley Vineyard — This 20-acre vineyard in Walla Walla is one source for our sought-after Merlot.

Gateshead — Estate grown for Adamant Cellars. This vineyard was planted in 2009 with two outstanding Spanish varietals: Tempranillo & Albariño.

Les Collines — Located in the foothills of the Blue Mountains. It is a source for the Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, & Syrah grapes in our wines.

Spofford Station — Located just across the state line in Milton-Freewater, this vineyard has the perfect combination of altitude & soils for the Merlot & Syrah grapes featured in some of our earlier vintages.
